DCK VISIBILITY 360 by DCK Media & Business Consulting
This page explains how to delete your account and associated data for DCK VISIBILITY 360, the web Platform at https://dckvisibility360.com and the DCK VISIBILITY 360 mobile apps for iOS and Android (the "Apps"), developed and operated by DCK Media & Business Consulting (Registration No. 202503147640 (PG0572109-H)), a business registered in Malaysia ("DCK VISIBILITY 360", "we", "us" or "our").
This page should be read with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle Personal Data and how long we keep it, and our Terms of Service.
1. Option 1 — Delete your account in the app or on the web#
This is the quickest way. It works the same in the web Platform and in the DCK VISIBILITY 360 iOS and Android Apps.
- Sign in to your DCK VISIBILITY 360 account.
- Open Profile.
- Select Delete account.
- Read the on-screen information and confirm.
- Re-enter your password when asked, so we know it is really you.
- We will send a confirmation to your account email address.
If you are the owner of an organisation with other members, you may first need to transfer ownership or choose to delete the organisation (see section 7).
2. Option 2 — Ask us by email#
Use this option if you cannot sign in, or if you prefer not to use the app.
- Email privacy@dckvisibility360.com (or support@dckvisibility360.com) from the email address registered to your account.
- Use the subject line "Account deletion request".
- Include your username or account email address and your organisation name.
Verification. To protect you, we must confirm the request comes from the account holder. We may ask you to confirm from your registered email address or answer verification questions. We will not delete an account until we are reasonably satisfied of your identity and authority.
Timing. We will confirm receipt within 3 business days. We will complete deletion within 30 days after verification. If we need longer because a request is complex, or the law allows an extension, we will tell you why.
3. What happens when you delete your account#
As soon as your deletion request is confirmed:
- Your paid Subscription is cancelled. No further charges will be made. Refunds are given only under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Connected Accounts are disconnected. Access tokens and API credentials for Google, Meta, LinkedIn, WordPress, Shopify, Telegram and other integrations are revoked where the platform allows, and deleted.
- The Tracking Script stops collecting data. Please also remove the Tracking Script snippet from your website.
- Auto-Publish and all scheduled jobs stop, including content generation, publishing and visibility checks.
- Any hosted blog stops being served from our systems. Point your DNS records elsewhere if you have moved your blog.

5. What we keep, and why#
We keep a limited amount of data after deletion where the law requires it or where we have a legitimate need. We keep only what is necessary, protect it, and delete it at the end of the period below.
| Data | Why we keep it | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Billing records, invoices and tax records | Tax, accounting and company record-keeping laws | 7 years |
| Records of consents and opt-outs; marketing suppression list | To prove compliance and to make sure we never contact you again after you opt out | As long as needed to demonstrate compliance; suppression entries (minimum data) kept indefinitely |
| Security and admin audit logs (hashed IP addresses) | Security, fraud prevention and investigating misuse | Up to 24 months |
| AI request and cost logs | Billing reconciliation, abuse prevention and security | Up to 12 months |
| Support communications | Handling follow-up questions, complaints and claims | 3 years |
| System and job run logs | Operating and troubleshooting the Services | Up to 60 days |
| Data needed for legal claims, fraud prevention or a legal hold | To establish, exercise or defend legal claims, or to comply with law or a lawful request | Until the matter is resolved, and generally no longer than the applicable limitation period (in Malaysia, usually 6 years) |
| Aggregated or de-identified data | Service statistics and improvement; it no longer identifies you | May be kept without time limit |
6. Content already published elsewhere#
Deleting your DCK VISIBILITY 360 account does not remove content already published to your own website, CMS (such as WordPress or Shopify) or third-party platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn or Telegram). That content belongs to and is controlled by you on those platforms.
If you want that content removed, delete it yourself directly on your website or on each platform. Copies may also remain in search engine caches or AI systems, which we do not control.
If you took part in the Backlink Network, we will remove placements on a best-effort basis within a reasonable period. Links already published on other participants' sites may take time to be removed.
7. Organisation owners and team members#
Members. If you are a team member, deleting your account removes only your user account and personal profile. The organisation, its websites and its content stay in place under the owner's control.
Owners. If you own an organisation that has other members, you must either transfer ownership to another member before deleting your account, or delete the organisation.
Deleting an organisation deletes its websites, content and data and removes access for all members. Please tell your team before you do this.
8. Deleting some data without deleting your account#
You can ask us to delete specific data and keep your account. Email privacy@dckvisibility360.com from your account email. For example, you can ask us to:
- (a)delete Visitor analytics collected by the Tracking Script;
- (b)disconnect integrations and delete the related tokens;
- (c)delete specific content, reports or websites; or
- (d)delete a free HALO Report request.
Not a customer? If you asked for a free HALO Report, or were contacted by one of our sales representatives through the Sales Helper, you can ask us to delete your data the same way. Email privacy@dckvisibility360.com from the email address (or tell us the phone number) you used. You can also opt out of messages at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or replying STOP on WhatsApp.
9. Deletion is permanent — export first#
This cannot be undone
Once deletion is complete, we cannot recover your account, content or history. Export anything you need before you delete your account.
Use the export tools in the Platform, where available, to download your data (for example, CSV exports of leads and content).
If you need help exporting, ask us at support@dckvisibility360.com before you submit your deletion request. Where available, we can hold your data for up to 30 days to allow export, then complete the deletion. We cannot provide an export once deletion has started.
10. Subscriptions bought through Apple or Google#
If you bought a DCK VISIBILITY 360 subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, deleting your DCK VISIBILITY 360 account does not cancel that subscription. Apple or Google will keep charging you until you cancel it with them.
To cancel:
- (a)Apple: on your iPhone or iPad open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and cancel DCK VISIBILITY 360.
- (b)Google Play: open the Play Store app, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, and cancel DCK VISIBILITY 360.
Refunds for App Store or Google Play purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. We cannot issue them.
11. Sign in with Apple and other sign-in providers#
If we offer Sign in with Apple and you used it, we will revoke your Apple sign-in tokens with Apple when your account is deleted. You can also stop using Sign in with Apple with DCK VISIBILITY 360 in your device settings, under your name, then Sign-In & Security, then Sign in with Apple.
If you signed in or connected using Google or another provider, you can also remove DCK VISIBILITY 360's access in that provider's account security settings.
12. Questions and complaints#
For help with deletion, contact privacy@dckvisibility360.com or support@dckvisibility360.com. Our Data Protection Officer is the DCK VISIBILITY 360 Data Protection Officer (privacy@dckvisibility360.com) and can also be reached at privacy@dckvisibility360.com.
